Sectors

Built for plants, process and critical facilities.

We work for owners, EPCs and general contractors on new construction, expansions, turnarounds and maintenance scopes across the Gulf Coast and Texas.

01

Aerospace & EV Manufacturing

Cryogenic propellant and LN2 lines, test stands, high bays and process utilities for aerospace and EV manufacturing plants.

02

Oil & Gas

Upstream and midstream piping, vessels and tanks, including corrosion-under-insulation remove-and-reinstall.

03

Petrochemical & Refining

Hot process piping, exchangers, towers and personnel protection for the Houston Ship Channel corridor.

04

LNG

Multi-layer cryogenic systems with continuous vapor retarders and sealed metal jacketing.

05

Power

Steam, feedwater and exhaust systems, with removable blankets at turbines, valves and flanges.

06

Data Centers

Chilled water and condenser piping, ductwork and envelope insulation where condensation control is non-negotiable.

07

Cold Storage

Freezer and cooler envelopes, refrigeration lines and closed-cell foam for food and distribution facilities.

08

Industrial Buildings

Closed-cell spray foam for metal buildings, warehouses and process enclosures.

Services

Complete systems, not just material.

Insulation, vapor retarder, jacketing, sealants and QA records, delivered as one engineered build-up to your project specification.

Safety & compliance

Safety first. Paperwork ready.

Industrial owners qualify contractors before the first walkdown. Our program is structured to answer those questions up front.

How we work

Spec-driven. Documented. On schedule.

01

Walkdown

Field-verify lines, operating temperatures, clearances and access against the drawings and line list.

02

Submittals

Material data, build-up details and installation procedures for engineering approval.

03

Mock-up

First-article install for owner and engineer sign-off before production starts.

04

Install & QA

Thickness, seam, seal and vapor-retarder checks with photo logs as the work progresses.

05

Close-out

As-builts, QA records, material certifications and warranty package.
